Chasing Sunrise provides In-School Programs and Wellbeing Workshops for Teenage Girls. Programs and workshops are designed to empower teenage girls with the tools to embrace life’s ups and downs and to realise their potential. Our programs help support and enhance wellbeing.

Chasing Sunrise provides a unique opportunity for Schools to intervene at multiple levels to support their student’s wellbeing. Chasing Sunrise offers school based solutions including wellbeing workshops, intensive wellness coaching, small group programs, a speaker series as well as both teacher and parent seminars.

Chasing Sunrise’ offers a range of dynamic, interactive and fully customisable wellbeing interventions that educate, empower and support students towards sustainable and meaningful health improvements. Programs are geared towards igniting, empowering and inspiring change for optimal wellbeing.

Young Women’s Wellbeing Workshop Series.

Designed to inspire and guide young women on their journey towards health and wellness. A 6 x session program delivered either fortnightly or monthly. Each session we dive deep into facilitated and guided discussions around:

  • Self-Discovery;
  • Nutrition;
  • Exercise and Movement;
  • Rest and Sleep;
  • Mind; and
  • Connection and Personal Growth.

Individual Wellness Workshops

Intended as individual 60 minute events. Designed to develop healthy behaviours in the realms of nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and stress management. Content can be tailored based on school priorities. Choose from;

Special Wellbeing Events

Ignite

A Wellness Workshop designed to inspire and empower Teenage Girls. In this 2 hour hands on and interactive workshop your students will:

  • Reconnect with her core values.
  • Uncover her unique strengths and talents and learn how to amplify them for success.
  • Dream big. Learning how to create her very own vision for what her best life looks like.
  • Develop a ‘Passion Plan’ – Goal setting brought to life.

This workshop is a game-changer and helps girls kick start their New Year with intention, energy and confidence.

Creating Your Own Calm

This workshop is designed to inspire and empower the girls to manage stress, build resilience and create their own calm.

In this 2 hour hands on and interactive workshop, girls will develop simple tools and techniques to support healthy habits, gain greater confidence and learn ways to effectively manage stress.

The workshop focuses on:

  • Intentional living and starting each day with a sense of purpose.
  • Positive Self Talk and quieting down her inner ‘mean girl.’
  • Breathing and harnessing the power of the breath to manage stressful situations.
  • Simple Mindfulness and Meditation techniques.
  • The practise of Gratitude. The ultimate cure for negative thinking.
  • Rest and avoiding Burn-Out.

Individual Wellness Coaching

Life is complex and demanding. Competing priorities often mean we don’t make time to focus on what we want for ourselves – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – or to create a plan to get there. This is where coaching can be incredibly supportive. Wellness Coaching helps students overcome resistance to change by using a step by step, structured approach. Wellness coaching supports students in working out what they want, why they want it, what’s stopping them and only then together can we create a coordinated plan for action. It is a process that inspires and empowers the girls to develop and sustain changes that they have been finding difficult to achieve on their own. Wellness Coaching is delivered 1:1 and is available in person or via Skype.
