Chasing Sunrise provides In-School Programs and Wellbeing Workshops for Teenage Girls. Programs and workshops are designed to empower teenage girls with the tools to embrace life’s ups and downs and to realise their potential. My programs help support and enhance wellbeing.
I provide a unique opportunity for Schools to intervene at multiple levels to support their student’s wellbeing. This offers school based solutions including wellbeing workshops, intensive wellness coaching, small group programs, a speaker series as well as both teacher and parent seminars.
Chasing Sunrise’ also offers a range of dynamic, interactive and fully customisable wellbeing interventions that educate, empower and support students towards sustainable and meaningful health improvements. Programs are geared towards igniting, empowering and inspiring change for optimal wellbeing.

Regulation Tools for Real Life
For Students – Years 7–12 (45 mins)
An empowering, practical session that teaches students how to regulate their nervous system when life feels overwhelming.
Grounded in polyvagal theory and somatic therapy, this interactive workshop explores how stress impacts the body and brain—and how to reset using 10 evidence-informed regulation strategies.
Students walk away with real tools they can use in everyday life.
A calm mind starts in the body. This session gives teens the tools to find their way back to calm, confidence and control.
When Life Feels Hard
Real Strategies to Stay Steady and Support Your Teen
For Parents & Caregivers (45 mins)
A heartfelt, informative session designed to equip parents with insight, language, and tools to support their teen through emotional ups and downs.
This workshop explores what’s really happening in the adolescent brain and nervous system, why teens struggle to cope, and how parents can offer co-regulation, safety, and connection, especially in moments of high emotion.
Parents leave with 10 practical tools to support both their teen’s wellbeing and their own.
Because parenting is often really hard when you’re doing a good job of it, and no one should have to do it alone.

Creating Your Own Calm
This workshop is designed to inspire and empower the girls to manage stress, build resilience and create their own calm.
In this 2 hour hands on and interactive workshop, girls will develop simple tools and techniques to support healthy habits, gain greater confidence and learn ways to effectively manage stress.
The workshop focuses on:
Life is complex and demanding. Competing priorities often mean we don’t make time to focus on what we want for ourselves – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – or to create a plan to get there. This is where coaching can be incredibly supportive. Wellness Coaching helps students overcome resistance to change by using a step by step, structured approach. Wellness coaching supports students in working out what they want, why they want it, what’s stopping them and only then together can we create a coordinated plan for action. It is a process that inspires and empowers the girls to develop and sustain changes that they have been finding difficult to achieve on their own. Wellness Coaching is delivered 1:1 and is available in person or via Skype.
