This workshop is designed to support and empower girls to manage stress, build resilience and create their own calm.
In this 1.5 hour hands on and interactive workshop, girls will develop simple tools and techniques to support healthy habits, gain greater confidence and learn ways to effectively manage stress.
The workshop focuses on;
· Intentional living and starting each day with a sense of purpose.
· Positive Self Talk and quieting down her inner ‘mean girl.’
· Breathing and harnessing the power of the breath to manage stressful situations.
· Simple Mindfulness and Meditation techniques.
· The practise of Gratitude. The ultimate cure for negative thinking.
· Rest and avoiding Burn-Out.
