At Chasing Sunrise, I am dedicated to empowering young people and their families to navigate the challenges of adolescence with resilience and confidence. My holistic approach nurtures both mental and physical wellbeing, helping every young person realise their full potential and thrive.

I offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support adolescents and their families, including:

  • Individual counselling for adolescents, providing a safe and supportive space to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.
  • Parenting support, offering practical tools and strategies to strengthen family connections and foster open communication.
  • School-based wellbeing programs, designed to equip students with the skills they need to manage stress, improve mental fitness, and form healthy relationships.
  • Community workshops, focusing on key topics such as managing stress, playing to your strengths , mental health, stress management, and fostering strong family dynamics.
